My sweet Uncle were always a shining light in my world. To see you enter a room with your wonderful smile and say "hey girl" and give me the biggest hug made my life a better place. To be at home with you planting seeds or gathering harvest. And you always taught me to like the small squash the best. I thank you for teaching me, always encouraging me and believing I could do anything I set my mind to. From riding motocycles with the boys, to driving your tractor...even allowing me to get behind the wheel of the 500. And we wont forget being chased by the bull...that was funny! I loved seeing you and hearing your laugh. Coming over and painting Pops house with me was a special Joy and made the chore more fun and touched my heart. Holidays when we all gathered when younger were my very favorite memories. I will treasure all of my thoughts and special moments I had with you. Just to be with you sharing time has been a blessing in my life. You were a wonderful Uncle, Man, Father and Husband. I love you and will miss you forever. Just to go sit at the house feels like you are there and brings a wonderful peace over me. I am and my family are honored to be your family. A true Angel watching over us now. Rhonda, Lee, Brandon and Benjamin I promise I will keep sharing love to Betty for you and hug all of your sweet sons every chance I get. You raised some amazing men and must be so proud. We Love You and you will remain in our hearts and minds forever.

My memories of Robert are of a quiet ,humble, true gentleman ,who loved his Lord and family and made this sister in law feel welcomed into the family at the first meeting. His character speaks for himself and he will be sadly missed by family ,friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Betty, We will always cherish the times we spent with Robert and you. He was a quiet, gentle man with a loving, Godly spirit and it showed in everything he said and did. He is a wonderful angel in Heaven now and we are sure God had the gates opened wide for him. You and the entire family are in our thoughts and prayers in the upcoming days. Remember.... death leaves pain that can never be healed but LOVE leaves memories that no one can steal. Until we see Robert Hamlet in Heaven one day. We will always be looking over our shoulder in church and feeling his kind presence sitting behind us as he has done for years. God bless you all. In Christian Love,
