Born on July 24, 1929 in Goshen, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Florence Hostetter.
Hallie sold Avon for many years and enjoyed sewing. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
In addition to her parent, she is preceded in death by her brother, Leon Hostetter.
In addition to her husband, Hallie is survived by her daughters, Karen Martin and Debra Wingfield; three grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Betty Hostetter and Emma Irby; brother-in-law, Jack Martin; and two nephews, Stevey Irby and Dean Hostetter.
A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Virginia Memorial Park.
