

Born in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Clyde H. Campbell and the late Vernie Chaffin Campbell.
Harriette was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Her family meant the world to her and she loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren very much.
She is survived by four children, James Y. “Chip” Harvey, Jr. and his wife, Betsy and Proctor S. Harvey and his wife, Bootsie, all of Lynchburg, Melanie H. Williams and her husband, Lew, of Charlottesville and Susie H. Gordon and her husband, Larry, of Winston-Salem, N.C.; one sister, Geane C. Ewing and her husband, Robert, of Lynchburg; six grandchildren, Dodd Harvey and his wife, Sophia, Caroline H. Henderson and her husband, Max, Dori H. Conner and her husband, Jeff and Brooke Harvey, all of Lynchburg, Missie H. Morrissey and her husband, Chris of Durham, N.C. and Adrienne Harvey-McCoy and her husband, Ben, of Wilmington, N.C. and 9 great grandchildren.
Harriette’s family very much appreciates the extra care and concern shown to her by the staff on fourth and fifth floors of Drinkard the staff of M.S.C. at Westminster Canterbury.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 26, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church and the family will receive friends immediately following the sevice
