She was born in Lynchburg on November 7, 1955.
Helen was an extraordinary cook and enjoyed crocheting in her free time. She also had a great love of animals, to the point that it is said that her home sometimes “looked like a zoo”.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Florine Creasy Tuck Neely; a son, Shane Ragland as well as four siblings, Linda Williams, Shirley Hunt, Doug Neely and Rod Neely.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, David D. Moseley; a son, Joseph D. Moseley; a daughter, Jamie M. Flack and husband Jamie; grandson, Clarkson Moseley as well as a niece, Darnelle Pugh and husband Tom; a great niece, Regina Wriston and her husband Mark and their toddler son, Jayson. She is also survived by numerous loving friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 11:00 am at Spring Hill Memorial Gardens.
