Henry Thomas “Tom” Patrick IV died July 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Thomas “Junior” Patrick, III. He is survived by his mother, Martha Ann Patrick; his sons, Henry Thomas “Hank” Patrick, V and Andrew Thomas “Andy” Patrick; two sisters, Annette Patrick and Diane P. Wilkinson both of Rustburg; and a brother, James Robert Patrick of Halifax. In accordance with Tom’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Life was good!
