James was born in Huntington, NY on March 13th, 1937 in Huntington, NY to parents Michael and Mary Guido.
He was raised in Huntington Station where he became interested in the military. He served in the US Air Force as a Air Policeman and traveled the world. James returned to pursue interests in law enforcement and construction. He later moved to Virginia where he spent the remainder of his life.
He will be remembered by his family: siblings, Ann Marie, Jeannette and Michael; former wife Marilyn; children Deborah and son in-law Frank; James and daughter in-law Laura; Michael and daughter in-law Laura; grandchildren Louis and wife April, Renee, Joseph,James, Matthew, Rachel, Nicolas, Elizabeth, Michael, and Gianna; great grandchild, Audriana.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Centenary Memorial Cemetery,
968 Centenary Drive (Route 668), Arrington, VA 22922. The family will receive friends at the cemetery for a half hour prior to the service.
