Janie Elizabeth Wiley Camp, 84, of Lynchburg, passed away, Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at The Carrington. She was the wife of the late Lewis Thomas Camp. Born April 6, 1930, in Charlotte County, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey Marion Wiley, Sr. and the late Mamie Jane Hall Wiley.
Janie was a former employee for Craddock and Terry Company. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Janie is survived by her children, Gregory Camp, Patricia Camp and Donna McFadden and her husband Timmy, all of Lynchburg; one sister, Ethel Lipscomb of Barboursville, WV; one half-brother, Aubrey Wiley, Jr. of Lynchburg; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends, 7- 8:30 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2014, at the residence of Timmy and Donna McFadden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
