Mr. Leroy Parker  was a great man.  He always greeted you with a kind smile and willing to offer whatever he had.  He served his country and his community.  He was so very proud of his children and grandchildren. He was truly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.  Rest In Peace Leroy.

I am saddened to hear about Lee's passing. I knew him from GE and Ericsson. We bowled on the same league and bowled in GE Tournaments. Lee was always friendly and nice to me. Thoughts and Prayers for the family and friends

Cousin Lee helped me buy my first car from Vaughn Chevrolet there in Lynchburg.  Always held in high esteem. Violet was my father's sister. (My Aunt.)  My condolences to the family .  From John and Jane Wright formerly of Lynchburg , Virginia ; now Owego, NY.

Lee has been a good friend and next door neighbor for the last 32 years.  I shall miss him very much.

Mr Parker, you were like a second father to me. I am grateful that for the last 14 years, I have got to celebrate almost every one of your birthdays & a lot of special family events w you. It will not be the same without you, but I know it gives your family peace to know you are with your “Curly” again! Boy I bet you guys are loving being together again in heaven. You were a man’s man, but you had a soft heart & I know from personal experience that you loved your family so much & you always accepted me & made me feel like I was always a part of the family. I loved you very much. I’m glad you were my “date” at Parker & Jordan’s wedding. I promise you I will do my best to look after the family & always be there for them. Thank you for accepting me & letting me share your family. It won’t be the same without you, but you left us so many stories & good times to talk about, you will be remembered very fondly. Rest In Peace my friend & I will see you again one day. Until then, always remember, you are missed & loved.
