John David Guindon
February 22, 1959 – December 1, 2022

John David Guindon, 63, of Lynchburg, went home to be with The Lord, Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Bentley Commons.
Born February 22, 1959 in Peoria, IL, he was the son of the late George Albert Guindon and Madelyn Gail Leak Guindon. Mr. Guindon was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was of Baptist faith.
Mr. Guindon is survived by his brothers, Carl Windsor of Dallas, TX and Loren Guindon of Peralto, NM; sisters, Janet Parker and husband Raleigh of Evington and Marcia McCall and husband Alan of Vancleave, MS and was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate Mr. Guindon’s life will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Sean Best officiating. Interment with military honors by American Legion Post 16 will follow at Tree of Life Cemetery, Altavista, VA.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
