

Jonathan (Joe) Truman Josephs, 78, of Concord, passed away, Thursday, November 28, 2013, at his residence. He was the husband of Barbara Miluszusky Josephs. Born March 1, 1935, in Springfield, IL, he was the son of the late Roswell Colt Josephs and the late Frances Sheffield Josephs.
Joe retired as a truck driver with 40 years of experience. He also was the bus driver for the Runk and Pratt activities department. Joe was also an active member of the Fire on the Mountain Car Club. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
In addition to his wife, Joe is survived by his children, Kimberly Josephs Neese (Randy) of Greensboro, NC, Douglas S. Soyars (Kathy) of Danville, Kathy S. Inman (Clyde) of Danville, Debbie Farrago (Doug) of Forest and Billy Miluszusky of Forest; his sister, Emmy Lamond (Steve) of San Clemente, CA; ten grandchildren, Spencer Inman, Jennifer Burke, Allison Neese, Taylor Neese, Lauren Miluszusky, Stefan Miluszusky , Brayden Miluszusky, Jake Farrago, Lucas Farrago and Niki Farrago; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; devoted extended family including, Juanita Cyrus, Bev Davis, Cyndi Cyrus, J.T. Davis and Carolyn Goff; his Godson, John Xavier Davis; devoted neighbors, Ken and Cindy Reed and his special dog, Willow.
A memorial service will be conducted, 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Bill Kauffman and Pastor Monte Mays officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service until 4:30 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fire on the Mountain Car Club or the Runk and Pratt Senior Communities Activities Department, Leesville Road.
