Born March 17, 1924 in Jockin, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Hiram Augustus Sadler and Ollie Wade Sadler and was also preceded in death by a son, James Otis McGhin; three brothers and eleven sisters. She was the retired owner & operator of Ebb Tide Restaurant and Clements Diner in Maryland.
Mrs. Coppins is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Tree of Life Ministries with Pastor J. Mike Dodson officiating.
Whitten Timberlake Chapel is serving the family.
