Born in Lynchburg, March 28, 1948, Linda was the daughter of the late John James Dolan and Mary Webber Dolan. She was a professional hairdresser for most of her career.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Wilkins.
She is survived by two sons, William Crawford and Graham Wilkins and two sisters, Mary Jane Abbott and Ruth Dodson.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Virginia Memorial Park with Rev. Joey Giles officiating.
