Margaret was born on October 6, 1925 in Bedford County, a daughter of the late Esther Goff Wilson and William Madison Wilson. She was a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church. She was well loved and will be greatly missed.
Along with her husband Vincent, Margaret is survived by her daughter, Gloria J. Firkin of Rustburg; her brother: George A. Wilson, of Lynchburg; four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Cumbie Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Carlton Dunn officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
