Marsha Marie King

Born in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Scott Morris, Jr. and Loretta Nadine Fitzgerald May. Her daughter, Michelle Renee Davis, one brother, Harold Scott Morris and special friends, Sandra Wright Brown and Timmy Wright, also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Linwood W. King, Jr.; two daughters, Denise Marie Davis and Angela Dawn Davis; two sisters, Janice Hedrick and Linda Richardson; two brothers, Lonnie Morris, III and Earl “Mickey” Morris; two grandchildren, Jonathan Edward Davis and Amber Marie Davis; three great grandchildren, Annabell Marie Davis, Parker Aaron Davis and Timothy Jase Davis and one special friend, Michael Wright.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and great grandmother.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2020 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service until 7 p.m.
