Born in Lynchburg, April 19, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Harry Foster Lipscomb and Robbie Wright Lipscomb. She was a faithful and loving wife and member of Shekinah Glory Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Dr. A.T. Dunn officiating.
