Born in Lynchburg on November 08, 1946 she was a daughter of the late Wade Carter and Bertha Carter. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Altavista, and a homemaker who loved her family.
She is survived by her three sons, Scott Hall and his wife, Cindy of Rustburg, Steve Hall and his wife, Tanya of Altavista, and Andrew Hall. III of Rustburg; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two special friends, Bobby Clay and Jeffrey Wade.
A private graveside will be held at a later date.
