Mary Teresa Layne

Mary Teresa Layne, 83 of Moneta lifted up to be with her Father on Monday, January 8, 2018 at her home. She was born on May 4, 1934 in Lynchburg, daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Layne. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Brunk as well as two brothers and one sister. She is survived by four children, Sylvia Tolley (Chuck), Veda Farrar (Mark), Gloria Lewis (Ron) and Randall Brunk (Travis); seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister and two brothers. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Fort Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
