Born December 20, 1946, in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Cabell Ray Pollard and Shirley Webb Pollard.
Survivors include her sister, Dianne P. Johnston, of Lynchburg; her aunt, Eula Owen, of Lynchburg; two loving nieces, Cheryl Wallower-Thorne and husband Mark, of Woodland Hills, CA, and Tracy Wallower, of Lynchburg; great-nephew, Sam Thorne, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Fort Hill Memorial Park, by the Rev. D. Jack Hamilton.
The family would like to thank the Oddfellows Assisted Living Facility, and the Medical Care Center for the care and friendship shown to Mrs. Brown during her illness.
The family will receive friends at the residence of her sister.
