Born on April 21, 1938 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith Carter.
Patricia was a retired shipping supervisor from Limitorque Corp with 42 years of service. She enjoyed bowling and was a member Woodmen of the World. She was also a member of Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter.
Patricia is survived by her children, Michael Pollard, Greg Pollard, David Pollard, and Donna Pollard; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and two special friends, Frieda Waugh and Charlotte Lamandos.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
