Born in Campbell County on April 23, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Sidney Glass and Maude Glass. She was a member of Timberlake United Methodist Church and a retired office manager with Social Services.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Vicki Grubbs; and a brother Charlie Glass.
Phyllis is survived by her grandchildren, Matthew Grubbs, Heather Wetherbee and Andrew Grubbs; and four great-grandchildren
A graveside service will be conducted 10:00 am Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Spring Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, December 6, 2021 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
