Born January 25, 1954, in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late Franklin Deleanor Harder and is survived by his mother, Frances Burks Neighbors.
Survivors also include his siblings, Earl Harder, David Harder, Brenda Lewis, Yvonne Marie Simmers, Frank Harder Jr., Fred Harder, Jeff Harder, and Gladys Marie “Squeak” Hall; and his dog, Bear.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7-8:30 p.m. at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at Clearview Baptist Church Cemetery, in Rustburg, by the Rev. Dr. Wayne Greene.
