I am a classmate of Sandra's, Class of 65, and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I remember her grace, charm, and smile in the classes we shared. Although I haven't seen her since school (I live in Texas), I will miss her, as well as our classmates who have gone before her.

I grew up near Sandra and her late brother Doug. We rode the school bus together to Brookville High most every school day. She was a wonderful person and a good neighbor. I send my heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends.

Sandra and I were BHS classmates and Marsh Memorial UMC’s MYF members together. I first met Sandra through my friendship with the Whittens. Although I hadn’t seen her in years, I remember her as a friendly and funny person. Through her obituary, I’ve learned of her higher education successes and know her family is proud of that achievement. I extend my sympathies to all of her family.

Tommy Ray and Matthew, I was so very sorry to learn of Sandra's passing. Even though we have been neighbors for many years, we didn't see each very often. Sandra and I would have conversations in passing, and I always enjoyed chatting with her. And our children played together when they were young. Just want you to know we are thinking of you, and we will certainly remember you, Matthew, and the grandchildren in prayer. God bless.
