He was born in Lynchburg on May 22, 1968 son of the late Kenneth Wayne Barbour, Sr. and the late Mary Elizabeth Barbour.
Stacy was a member of Our Fathers House. In his spare time he enjoyed small engine repair, old cars, flea markets and going to yard sales.
His loving wife of 27 years, Sue; a daughter, Megan Lee Barbour; a sister, Shirley Burgess and husband Timothy and a brother, Kenneth Wayne Barbour, Jr. and wife Lorrain survive him. Haley Kay Franklin, whom he and Sue raised, also survives him as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel where a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 21, 2021. Burial will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
