Born January 17, 1957 in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Melvin Hardy and the late Ruby Ann Arthur Newcomb and was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Brown Newcomb. Virginia was a former employee of the Central Virginia Training Center.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony L. Dudley of Madison Heights and C.J. Dudley of Natural Bridge; a daughter, Tiffany Ann Dudley of Lynchburg; a brother, Willie W. Hardy of Gladys; a sister, Martha Newcomb Bruce of Lynchburg and two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Nathan.
