He is survived by his parents, Brandon S. Fulkrod and Tara M. Kellum; his siblings, Harland Kellam, Kindin Kellam, Devlin Kellam and Aven Kellam; and many other family members and friends.
A graveside service for Wesley will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Chad Harris officiating.
