Lewis is survived by his parents of Lyndonville; a son, Lewis Worrells Jr.; his girlfriend, Cassandra Tokotch and her son, Remington of Niagara Falls; siblings, Nicholas; Nicole, Blaze II, Catherine (William) Durow; his grandmother, Roberta and several aunts, uncles and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday March 15, 2014, from 11 AM- 2PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 112 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
