Bobby was born on March 6, 1956 in Athens, Texas to parents Bobby Jack Vaughn Sr. and Myrtis Holcomb Vaughn and entered into eternal rest on June 24, 2015 at the age of 59. Bobby love his family. He enjoyed watching college basketball, wrestling and being outdoors; fishing. He worked as an Electrical Superintendent, for many years. Bobby was Baptist by faith. He was a very loving and caring man who will be tremendously missed by all who knew and loved him.
Bobby was preceded in death by his father Bobby J. Vaughn Sr., brother Walter Vaughn and sister-in-law Jeanette Delnay.
He is survived by his loving wife Debra Vaughn of Tool, mother Myrtis Vaughn of Tool, sister Janie Dyess and husband BJ of Richland Chambers daughter Derinda “DeeDee” Long and husband Ronnie of Glenn Rose, son Shawn Vaughn and girlfriend Stacie Nuss of Gun Barrel, daughter Amanda Wintermute and husband William of Tulsa, OK, uncle Bo Holcomb, grandkids; Justin Long and wife Kaytlyn, Jayce Long, Monica Reed, Cody Vaughn, Marissa Vaughn, Lil Shawn Vaughn, Chris Bartmess, Alyssa Clark, Debra Vaughn, Alex Nuss, Trevor Nuss, Nathan Haller, Blake Brittain and Cody Brittain, other loving family members and many more friends.
