I am very sad to hear about Uncle Chuck. Although it has been a long time since I last saw him, I remember Uncle Chuck being a happy-go-lucky guy. He was always smiling and seemed enthusiastic about everything. I feel remiss at not having had a chance to introduce him to my children.

Rest In Peace, Uncle.

Where do I start... Dad was a strong hard working man who was always playful and always provided. I remember so many memories. When we were kids we went camping, always went to the lake and oh man dad never knew a stranger.. he’d bounce from picnic tables talking to people while sharing watermelons and cutting up! We’d go down to the creek beds and jump off cliffs into blue holes and we just always had fun! One of my favorite memories was when dad let me drive the tractor maybe at the age of 7 and I nearly drove it in to the house because the steering wheel came off and remember Richard and dad chasing behind me to shut the engine off!! We laughed so hard! Dad taught all of us how to drive but in a way we’d never forget! Always in the fast cars lol! Mine was in his Red Camaro in the Mesquite Rodeo parking lot! I’ll never forget that he said get on it! And that’s how I learned to drive a stick shift! Dad was just an all around good loving but sometimes tough on ya kinda Dad! He impacted so many lives by his joyfulness and goofiness! I sure will miss him more than words could ever even be shared! Fly high dad and tell Rocky we will be seeing ya soon! Love always your Pepper!
P.S. Don’t worry dad I’ll take good care of your mule! And maybe someday I’ll have the guts to maybe ride her for ya!

We’ve only known Chuck for a short time but he had the most infectious loving spirit of anyone I’ve every met. Larry and him had an immediate bond due to their love of fast boats and cars. We will greatly miss him but know that he is waiting for us on the other side. Till we meet again our dear friend. Larry and Karen Hounshell.
