A much‑loved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great‑grandmother, Cieleta Ann Adams, 61, of Mabank, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on February 16, 2026, with her family present. She was born on February 26, 1964, in Terrell, Texas, to her parents, Patricia Ann Massey and Cloyce L. Massey. She was the third of five children.
Cieleta went on to marry and have four children, fifteen grandchildren, and two great‑grandchildren. She worked hard throughout her life to support her husband and children. She loved doing crafts, shopping, and eating out with her family.
Cieleta is survived by her daughter, Talecie Stegman; son, Jerry Adams Jr.; daughter, Kristina Adams; and daughter, Ashley Keheley; her brothers, Lyman Massey and Steven Massey; and her sister, Scarlett Morrison.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Jerry Dean Adams; her mother, Patricia; her father, Cloyce; and her brother, Robert Massey.
