Danny Gene Jones was born in Hillsboro, TX to Naomi & Buddy Jones on June 26, 1946 and he passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on September 14th, 2025 at his home in Kemp, TX. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Naomi Hodges, Father: M.E. Jones, Step-Father: William Hodges, Sister: Connie Elaine and Son: Randal Craig Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Kaye Jones, Daughters: Tammy Jeanette Sanford, Kim (George) Malsbury and Brandi Kaye Dunks. He was Blessed with 7 Grandchildren whom he loved and adored, Emily Marie Sanford (Luis Jimenez), Laura Sanford, Heath Malsbury, Dylan (Lexie) Malsbury, Callie Rose Malsbury, Payton (Tommy) Rivoire, Morgan Kaye Pedroso; 1 Great Grandchild: Briggs Anthony Rivoire; and other extended family members.
A memorial service will be held 12:00 pm Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
