Edgar Earl Taylor

Edgar Taylor was born on June 17, 1937 in Cooper, Texas to parents Edgar Earl Taylor Sr. and Inez (Smith) Taylor and entered into eternal rest at his home in Kaufman, Texas at the age of 82. Edgar married the love of his wife, Barbara, on October 8, 1960 in Dallas, Texas. He had a passion for motorcycles, loved meeting new people and selling auto parts. Edgar was one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. He enjoyed watching western shows and spending time with his family. Especially his great-granddaughter Berkley, he thought the sun rose and set on her. Edgar was an amazing man, who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Edgar was preceded in death by his parents, sons; Robert Taylor and Robert Murrell, brothers; Gerald Taylor and Constine Taylor and sister Margene Taylor.

He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Ann Taylor of Mabank, step-daughters; Vickie Gordon and husband Larry of Mabank and Karen Wynn and husband Anthony of Malakoff, grandsons; Shane Earl LeMoine, Thomas Ben Murrell and Rusty Hall, granddaughters; Amanda Joann Burnett, Alicia Dover, Candice Buchanan and Kacy Cornell, 10 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
