In the late 1990s, Libby joined the staff at the historic Denton Country Club. Her unwavering work ethic, kind heart, and infectious smile made her an indispensable fixture at the club, where she happily served members for 27 years until her well-deserved retirement. Libby's unique gift was making every person who sat at her table feel like family.
Libby was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Charles Vincent Daughtry, Sr. and Marion Ophelia Lambert Daughtry; her sister, Mary Lynn Daughtry; her nephew, Kenneth Jones; and her great-nephew, Coy Winchester.
