

A Celebration of Life for Hayden will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Beacon Church of Christ, Gun Barrel City, Texas.
Hayden was born July 19,1935 in Dallas, Texas to MaryLou (Medaras) and Henry Parmelly. He was a graduate of Sunset High School in Oak Cliff, Class of 1952. Hayden was also known as Big Daddy to his loving family and close friends. He lived a life of love and service to God and his country. He was a very proud U.S. Marine. His life's work was in sales including cars and insurance. Hayden was a thoughtful, kind, generous and considerate man. He had a great sense of humor and a very positive attitude. He enjoyed dinners with friends, cruises with his high school class and was a very enthusiastic sports fan. He was also an extremely passionate and supportive benefactor of a Children's Bible Camp by the name of Camp Ida. Hayden was an active member of the Beacon Church of Christ.
He is survived by brother: Joe Parmelly, grandchildren: Kim Green, Dana Green, Leslee Bereles, Chad Coplen and Ty Coplen, great-grandchildren: Hayden Lou Green, Audrina Berreles, Danielle Hitchcock, Katelyn Bridges, Olivia Coplen, Josh Roach, River Coplen and Gus Coplen and special friend Jody McCain.
