Johnny Law was born on April 19, 1943 in Colorado City, Texas to parents John Franklin and Imogene (Odom) Law and entered into eternal rest on January 17, 2020 at the age of 76. Johnny served his country in the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Maria Schulze, on March 19, 1962 in Berlin, Germany. Johnny loved to fish and hunt, but his favorite thing to do was spoiling Maria. He enjoyed building things and if he built it, it was going to be perfect. Johnny took pride in everything he did. He loved his motorcycle and it drove Maria crazy that he had to purchase a new truck every 2 years. Family was important to Johnny, he loved them immensely, especially his grands and great-grands. Johnny was set in his ways on some things; like having 10 cups of coffee in the morning before he could get going and having his toddy in the evening. Johnny enjoyed going to Shreveport and he loved his two dogs; Cooper and Cookie. Johnny was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents. Johnny Law, the best of the best !!
Found an old picture and sorry for the quality. It were taken in 1977-1978 at Graham, TX. Johnny/Mecky on a HD Sportster and Jennie and I on a 750 Kawasaki. We were looking good, or at least Johnny was. Stayed at a motel there in Graham and got to see the only human seal (Johnny) in the pool. You would have to have been there to see him perform.
Love, Gary and Jennie

I don't know where to begin. When I first met Johnny and Maria there was instant friendship. Each and every time I was around Johnny he was so kind, funny and caring. Although we all didn't see each other often, the love for him and Maria has always been there. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.😢❤
