Joy Aline Rumby Munroe Chapman of Mabank, TX was born on 06-12-1922 in the Village of Ludington Beauagard Parrish, LA and passed on 12-13-2015. The first child of twins to John L. and Izella Rumby of DeRidder, LA. She grew up in Shreveport, LA and graduated Byrd High School. Joy was an avid outdoor person in her early years and a member of Harbor Baptist Church in Mabank since 1985; where she was a Sunday school teacher and prolife advocate.
Joy was preceded in death by her parents, twin sister Onieta, sisters; Gloria and Johnnie Bea and great-great-great-grandson Kyler.
She leaves behind her brother Bobby W. Rumby, two sons; William Munroe of Gun Barrel City and Alan Munroe of Palestine, two grandsons; Charles Munroe and Robert Munroe, three nieces, four nephews and their children, granddaughter Karisma Munroe and grandson Cashton Munroe.
