Keith Lee Head

Keith was born on October 5, 1959 in Grosse Ille, MI to parents Milton and Laura (Madison) Head and entered into eternal rest on October 20, 2016 at the age of 57. Keith was known as “Keefer” and “Mikey” (because Mikey eats everything) to his family and friends. He graduated from Grosse Ille High School in 1977. Keith loved music; 60’s old school, alternative. He was a big fan of Nascar, whiskey and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Keith worked as a fireman for The Colony and Gun Barrel City for a total of 15 years. He then went to work as a glass man and retired 2 months ago; after 37 years. Keith was known for the “mean” steak he could grill; and the way he could make you laugh. He was Lutheran by faith. Keith was a very loving and caring man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents and son Shelby Walker.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Head of Gun Barrel City, daughter Kelsey Head and Josh Lopez of Gun Barrel City, son Shawn Walker, many grandchildren, sister Elaine Miller and husband Lindsay of Carrollton, nephew Brian Miller and wife Katie of Indiana, best friend Kevin Probert of Texas, other loving family members in Shelbyville, TN and many more friends.
