Linda Fletcher, 82, of Mabank, Texas, met Jesus on October 31, 2023, surrounded by her family. Linda was born, December 30, 1940, at home in; Huntington Texas; to Jewel Bishop Thomas and Robert Thomas.
She graduated from high school in 1959 from, W.W. Samuel in Pleasant Grove.
Linda married Larry Fletcher, the love of her life in 1980. They traveled the world together.
Linda was very active in the Lions Club, Meals on Wheels, Rotary Club, Good Sams Club, Eastern Star, Square Dancing, and very active in the Presbyterian Church of Mabank.
Survivors include her daughters; Leann Chamness and her partner; Sandy Frankum of Mabank, Caren Anthony and husband; Chris of Eustace. Grandchildren, Chadd Anthony (Amy) of Mesquite, Christin Whittenberg (Robert) of Seven Points, Cade Anthony (Summer) of Eustace, Sarah Frankum of Kemp. Nine great grandchildren, a sister; Sharon McKethan and husband; Mike of Oklahoma, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her family and friends.
