Born to Zaragoza Hernandez and Dominga Paredes, Linda grew up in Dallas, Texas, where she met her future husband, Sam Knoll. They were married on July 22, 1981, and their love story became the foundation of their family. Linda was a devoted mother to her two daughters, Billie and Margaret, raising them in Palmer, Texas.
After retiring to Cedar Creek Lake, she embraced a life full of simple pleasures. She and Sam spent countless hours fishing and enjoying the peaceful waters on their boat. It was also at this time when she made cherished memories with her grandson, Ty. Linda had a wonderful sense of fun, with a special love for scary movies and a knack for telling stories that could both thrill and entertain. Above all, she was known for her welcoming nature and the way she made everyone feel like family.
Linda is now reunited with her husband, Sam Knoll, who passed away in November 2015. She is also preceded in death by her parents.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Billie Miller, and Margaret Knoll; her grandchildren, Ty, Collin, Charles, Michael, and Allison; her brothers, Zaragoza, Johnny, Gilbert, Daniel, Francisco, and Joe; her sisters, Virginia and Janie; and a vast network of friends and family who were all part of her life’s beautiful story.
