Matthew Dwayne Nicholson

Matthew Dwayne Nicholson was born to parents Nick and Kelly Nicholson on November 26, 1990. He went home to be with the Lord on September 22, 2021. Matt was a kind and loving man, a Christian who loved the Lord. A devoted husband and father, dedicated son, grandson, brother, uncle, and friend - someone who could always be counted on. His family was his greatest treasure, and he made sure they knew how important they were to him. Matt married the love of his life, Ciera, on March 7, 2015, and they began their beautiful family. He loved being a father, and his children were very special to him. He loved spending time with them doing just about anything, but one of their favorites was playing outside, riding on the mower together, and playing video games. Matt also enjoyed grilling, building, arranging, and rearranging his house. He loved celebrating Christmas, decorating for it, and playing the role of Santa to his family. Matt always made time for family and enjoyed building memories with his loved ones that will now last them a lifetime. He was taken from this world too soon, and he will be truly missed by so many.

Matt is survived by his wife, Ciera Nicholson; sons, Kolt, Kade, and Kason Nicholson; parents, Nick and Kelly Nicholson; brother, Timothy Nicholson and wife Jacee; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Fran Nicholson; maternal grandparents, Judy Luetzen, Ken Gooley and Jemima; nephew, Eli Nicholson. Matt leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
