

Michael was born on April 8, 1964 in Dallas, TX to parents Jerry Walter Elmore and Beverly Osteen and entered into eternal rest on October 25, 2015 at the age of 51. Michael married the love of his life, Margaret, on June 1, 2013. They enjoyed their time spent in Florida awaiting Michael’s heart transplant. His wife, Margaret, had a goal for them to enjoy their life to the fullest. He was a graduate of Mabank High School and worked at Gun Barrel City Wal-Mart for many years before retiring. Michael was a very talented artist, a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and a Texas Ranger fanatic. He played softball for his church; Christian Life Center in Gun Barrel City. Michael was a very loving and caring man who will be missed tremendously by those who loved and knew him.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother Beverly Osteen Elmore.
He is survived by his loving wife Margaret Massey Elmore of Texarkana, father and stepmother; Jerry and Rose Elmore of Gun Barrel City, daughter Courtney Elmore of Mabank, son Michael Elmore of Gun Barrel City, brother Paul Elmore and wife Joan of Gun Barrel City, brother Donald Elmore of Gun Barrel City, brother Ronald Elmore of Lewisville, brother Tony Holbert and wife Emily of Houston, sister Sarah Myers of Dallas, sister-in-law Mary and husband Charles Robison of Queen City, other loving family members and many more friends.
