Patsy Lou Bailey, of Gun Barrel City, TX was born on December 2, 1943 in Dallas, Texas. She was the daughter of Roland Thomas Dosier and Carolyn Elizabeth Harlan Dosier. Patsy entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the age of 82.
Patsy was a graduate of Seagoville High School. She played Roller Hockey and loved to skate, She also loved to bowl and and bowled in a league for years. She enjoyed sewing. She was a Sports Mom and enjoyed watching her kids play. She enjoyed being outdoors, boating and camping. She retired from Wal-Mart.
Patsy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Holly Bailey of Gun Barrel City; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Jonathan Senn of Gun Barrel City; Granddaughter and husband Reba and Gabe Abello of Mabank; Grandson Roland Bailey of Gun Barrel City; great granddaughters, Mattalynn James Abello and Eden Joy Abello; bonus grandchildren, Jacob Senn, Jackson Senn, Maisy Senn, Jamie Senn and Courtlynn Senn; sister Carol Jean Betts Lawhon and husband Dearl; sister Paula Dosier Lawler; bonus family members, Jeremy Senn, Bobbie Bruner and Sharon Senn; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Herbert “Ray” Bailey; dad, Roland Dosier; mom and step-dad Carolyn and Ben Brooks; son Kevin Ray Bailey; brother, Tom Dosier and great grandson Zai Abello.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank, Texas. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 22, at 10 a.m. at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Eubank Cedar Creek Memorial Park in Mabank, Texas.
