Phil was the principal at Hull-Daisetta when I went to work there in 1981. We had some great times and I learned a lot from him about school administration. I enjoyed coaching his son Bobby and working with Billy as a coach and of course as a parent of one of our players. Proud to have known Mr. Rogers and his family. They touched many lives.

He loved helping and serving his community. I will miss you Phil. They don't make many like you. Thanks for friendship and service.

We enjoyed the times we all got together at Eugenie Morton's house and cooked and had meals together. And shared stories and memories.
We all can reflect on those times and be thankful for them.
We love you very much!
Phil will be greatly missed. ❤️🙏🙏
