Robert Earl Cowling was born on April 30, 1928 in Ennis, Texas to parents Don and Eula (Butler) Cowling and entered into eternal rest on December 31, 2016 at the age of 88. Robert was a United States Navy veteran and worked for Bell Helicopter for 28 years. He loved watching football; whether it was Ennis High School, Texas Tech or Dallas Cowboys. Robert enjoyed taking cruises; he has been on 14 cruises and has visited all 50 states. His favorite place was Yuma, Arizona. Robert was a Christian by faith. He was a very loving and caring man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents and wife Billie Jo Cowling.
