Susan Pellman Huffman

Susan Huffman, of Prairieville , Texas, passed away on 08/18/2026 in Kemp, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving sister to five brothers and to all that knew and loved her. She was born on 04/17/1943 in Detroit Michigan to parents Ed and Ruth Pellman. Susan had a few things she greatly enjoyed in life, the 17-year long marriage to Jack Huffman, other things in life she enjoyed were her pets, and animals of all kinds. She was an accountant for various automotive and accounting firms before she settled into multiple positions with the city of Mabank.

Susan is survived by her brothers, Terry Pellman (Palestine TX.), Billy Pellman (Wasilla, AK) and her nephews Jerry Pellman (Mabank, T), Jeff Pellman (Crandall Tx.), Mike Pellman (South Carolina), Rick Pellman (Sherman, TX), and niece Debbie Stuart (Denison, TX). Step-Daughters Querida Jackson, and Diane Carmichael (Dallas TX)

She is preceded in death by: Mother Ruth Pellman. Brothers Johnny Pellman, James Pellman and Bob Pellman and nephew Vincent Pellman.

Susan was a graduate of W. W. Samuell High School (Dallas TX).

There will be a memorial service held at St James Episcopal Church, 10707 County Road 4022, Kemp TX. 75143 on Saturday August 8th at 11:00 am.
