

Tommy was born on June 28, 1932 in Crockett, Texas to parents Wilson Goodrich and Loduska (Idola) Oliver and entered into eternal rest on September 24, 2016 at the age of 84. Tommy served in the United States Army and was in the Korean War. He owned and operated Exxon and Phillips 66 for 40 plus years and was successful for many years. Tommy enjoyed spending time with his brother; talking. He never met a stranger; some would say he had the “Gift of Gab”. Tommy loved his family, grandkids and his dog. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #1431 Gun Barrel City and 32nd Degree Shrine Scottish Rite. Tommy was a very loving and caring man who will be missed tremendously by all those who knew and loved him.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Wilson Goodrick Oliver, Leonard Oliver, James Oliver and Norman Oliver.
Tommy is survived by his wife Dreathea Oliver of Mabank, daughter Loyce Leland and husband Ronald of Austinio, TX, son Tom Oliver of Celina, TX, grandchildren; Logan Leland, Kelsy Lelan, Brently Leland, Andrew Leland, Meghann Oliver and Madison Oliver, 6 great-grandchildren, step-son Gene Baker and wife Jennifer of Mabank, TX, step-daughter Rebecca Stehn and husband Kenny of Wetumka, OK, 7 step-grandchildren, 13 step-great-grandchildren, brother Donald Oliver and wife Camille of Payne Springs, TX, brother Morris Oliver and wife LeAnn of Palmer, TX, sister Vera Carver of Payne Springs, TX, other loving family members and many more friends.
