Wanda was born on May 8, 1940 in Henderson County, Texas to parents Albert Simpson and Leona (Griggs) Armstrong. Wanda loved reading and enjoyed being with family and friends. She was Christian by faith. Wanda was an exceptional lady who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dudley Walker, brothers; Lawson, Homer and Billy Armstrong and sister Nettie Hilliard.
She is survived by her daughter Mollie Ann Ragsdale and husband James of Kemp, grandson Russell Ragsdale and wife Janet of Kemp, great-grandchildren; Crystal Ragsdale, Mariha Ragsdale, Bethany Ragsdale, Brianna Ragsdale, Ariel Ragsdale, Michael Ragsdale and Camdyn Ragsdale, sister Jane Leopard of Athens, numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more friends.
