

Yeagar Lee Markins Jr. was born on October 25, 1933 in Houston, Texas to parents Yeager Lee Markins Sr. and Jennie Delle Davis and entered into eternal rest on April 23, 2017 at the age of 83. Yeager graduated from Lamar High School and Rice University; with his degree in accounting. Yeager served in the United States Air Force and after began working as a CPA. He was also the first to own and A/C company in Henderson. His true passion was magic and he loved working as a magician. He was a member of the Dallas Magician Club. Yeager even built illusions for other magicians. He enjoyed the hamn radio and his saltwater fish aquarium. Yeager was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Henderson, Lions Club in Henderson, Shriner-Sharon Temple in Tyler and Henderson County Hamn Operators Club. He was Christian by faith and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Yeager was preceded in death by his parents and sister Carol Markins York.
He is survived by his loving children; Ellen L. Markins of Seagoville, Yeager Lee Markins III and wife Maryjane of Salme, NH, Frank A. Markins and wife Levina of Baytown and Cynthia R. Markins King and husband Teddy of Gun Barrel City, 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more friends.
