Alice M. Livingston

Alice M. Livingston, 78, of Rockford passed away Saturday January 28, 2017 at her residence with family by her side. Alice was born on June 28, 1938 in St. David, IL the daughter of Raymond Lee and Crystal (Thompson) Jump. Alice married Vincent Livingston on June 29, 1962. Alice was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, she loved playing cards and going to the Casino’s to play the slots. Alice adored and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they were the delight of her life.

Alice is survived by her husband Vincent; daughters Tina Walker and Tiffany Livingston; 3 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brothers Bill Jump and Ronald Jump; sister Rosie Lee Duke; several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Alice was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Alonzo and Richard. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Barbara Olson Center of Hope in Rockford.

A service to celebrate Alice’s life will be 10:00 am Wednesday February 1, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park, visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
