I met Betty when she started coming to the aqua classes at Peak Sports Club.  I had the pleasure of being her teacher.  She always had a smile on her face and a very witty sense of humor.  She also came to my chair yoga classes most recently at Sunset Terrace.  I feel blessed to have known her.  She was a great lady.  My condolences to her entire family.  Deb Gille

Betty was a special friend.  Always ready to help anyone in need with such energy and zest for life.  We will miss her but know that we will see her again.  May God's peace and comfort be with the family at this time of sorrow.  She loved her family and looks forward to seeing you all again.

The sweetest little lady you could ever meet. My parents Bev & Al Andersons lifetime fried. Her and Bob stood up for my parents in marriage in 1948 and my parents stood up for them. Me and all my children and grandchildren loved Betty and she will be sooo missed.

Betty was so upbeat; she was always quick to crack a joke, and to minimize any pain or problems in her life. She will be truly missed by the residents and the staff at Christian Life Retirement Center in Loves Park.
