Born, September 8, 1927, in Dubuque, Iowa, to Harvey “Doc” and Helen (Moen) Shuey.
She married Joseph Rush.
Betty was a long-time member of the Loyal Order of the Moose.
She enjoyed playing cards and computer games.
Betty will be remembered most as a giving and loving person who would jump at the chance to help anyone she could.
Survivors include her son, Clyde Voorhees; 5 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband; parents; and brother, Harold Shuey.
